Summary	0000010: Can still create teams in Team Center despite TC being disabled
Description	I was messing around with the various shops and centers in SBOL last night and I discovered that if you are not in a team when you enter Team Center, the "Team Regist" buttion that is supposed to be greyed out is still fully functional. Out of curiosity, I created a team and got kicked by the server. After logging back in, the team had been successfully created. Obviously, this is not supposed to be possible in Online's current state. This only seems to apply to those without a team; I tried to head back to Team Center with my main account to see if I could still use any of the menu options, but any options that would've been available were greyed out and non-functioning as intended for now. I switched over to an alt and was able to use the "Team Regist" button again.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Enter the Team Center. Level does not matter. 2. Once it loads, click the "Team Center" button, then mouse over "Team Regist". You should notice that the description at the bottom will change. 3. Click on the "Team Regist" button.
Additional Information	Can provide video of bug if necessary. This was on the most recent .dll. Thank you for all of your hard work.
